We are an organic pasture based farm in Interlaken, New York. We move our animals daily to fresh pasture and consider the health and well being of both our animals and land to be paramount to all that we do. We raise organic pastured chickens fed local grain from Lakeview Organic, plus all the kelp and bugs they can get their beaks on. They are moved daily and spend their entire lives living on fresh pasture. Our grass fed flock of Katahdin hair sheep are rotated daily through both certified organic pasture and orchards. Both flocks live a great life and play a crucial role in the overall health and regeneration of the land base to which they inhabit.
